•  They want us to work now and then since they pay us high which is not mistake from their side.
• Pressure is the most common word used in the corporate field its because of the workload and appraisal process.
• If you perform well you will get immediate appraisal but to perform well you need to sacrifice many things.

• Happiness with family, often you wont get preferred location.
• Buying gadgets to match the level of other employees.(Even it is costly it has become a necessity)
• Cannot get leave at important situations.
• You will not live your life for you on the whole.

Sometimes you feel like quitting the job but you have to go to job for survival, This is the case of many employees.Many corporates are now filtering the employees not based on their performance in project but their marks in exams which is conducted by them.

Once you get into this and started earning more you don't want to leave it and you want to earn more and more (Actually where the trap is put, your life is being eaten).For those who have their dream and passion but no money, work in corporate till you get settled then take a wise decision to leave the organization at correct time and pursue your dream.
